Brand NUU Mobile drops ‘Mobile’ from its name to signal its first major re-positioning since beginning in 2015.

DALLAS, Texas (Oct. 26, 2021) — After six years from the launch of NUU Mobile, the company is updating the look for its brand, as well as a change in the structure of its name: NUU Mobile is now simply NUU.

This evolution in branding reflects the company’s growth into new areas of business beyond the consumer value smartphones the company has built its business on up to now. Over the past year, NUU has developed a multi-pronged approach to developing, including direct and mass retail consumer channels, but also development for enterprise solutions in various industries.

Danny Sit, CEO of NUU, Inc. explained, “We’ve updated our logo to represent a more mature version of the design, to reflect our own growth leading up to this moment,” referencing the new capitalization of the logo. Sit continued, “But you can also see it’s more organic now, as a sign of what we stand for; a consumer- and enterprise-oriented brand, empowering all of our customers. This positioning is encapsulated perfectly as, ‘More Power to You’. Already selling unlocked Android smartphones online directly and through Amazon, NUU is also expanding into popular mass retail channels such as Wal-Mart, Target and Best Buy, and improving its customer experience with optional on-site financing and cover-all extended warranties. Meanwhile, NUU has been rapidly expanding its presence in the enterprise market, helping to facilitate advanced health solutions with a combination of reliable hardware, flexible and secure software, and facilitating logistical services.
