We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If your parcel was damaged upon delivery, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service within 48 hours of the delivery.
- Provide our customer service team with the required photos or screenshots, including the shipping label, the condition of the outer packaging, the condition of the inner box, and the SN code on the back of the box.
- We will create an LMA (Logistics Monitoring Action) for your order, which will be investigated by our warehouse. If it is confirmed that the device was damaged due to our fault, we will send you a replacement after receiving the damaged product at our service center.
